General Manager
Goal:
Build a customer driven home building performance contracting business with revenues in excess of $7 million and net profit exceeding 20% of revenue.

- Ability to recruit, train, motivate and manage sales force of four to six team members to close deals.
- Ability to recruit, train, motivate and manage solution teams of twenty-four to thirty team members to efficiently and effectively complete work scope.
- Ability to recruit, train, motivate and manage administrative staff of three to six team members to support field organization.
Key Activities:
- Daily customer contact to re-enforce customer focused business.
- Drive sales force to a high close rate.
- Improve efficiency and quality of solution teams.
- Control Expenses.
Compensation:
- Salary commensurate with experience.
