General Manager

Goal:

Build a customer driven home building performance contracting business with revenues in excess of $7 million and net profit exceeding 20% of revenue.

  1. Customer service driven organization.
  2. Profitable business generating 20% plus of revenue net profit.
  3. Customer education based selling model.
  4. Ability to recruit, train, motivate and manage sales force of four to six team members to close deals.
  5. Ability to recruit, train, motivate and manage solution teams of twenty-four to thirty team members to efficiently and effectively complete work scope.
  6. Ability to recruit, train, motivate and manage administrative staff of three to six team members to support field organization.

Key Activities:

  1. Daily customer contact to re-enforce customer focused business.
  2. Drive sales force to a high close rate.
  3. Improve efficiency and quality of solution teams.
  4. Control Expenses.

Compensation:

  1. Salary commensurate with experience.
  2. Health insurance program including Health Savings Account.
  3. Short and long term disability.
  4. Life insurance equal to salary.
  5. Vacation.
  6. No relocation allowance.
